Our Professional Referral Training Program helps you develop an ongoing system of contact with referral sources; helping you build the strong relationships you need for success. Whether you want to utilize a staff member inside your practice, or recruit someone outside as a Practice Representative, we’ve got just the program to get you started. Already have a Practice Representative that needs a little refresher? No problem. We can help with that too.

Your Practice Representative will learn how to:  
•    Establish and maintain referral sources
•    Target specific offices through visits
•    Effectively communicate your practice benefits
•    Properly use your marketing materials
•    Educate potential referrers about you

Your Practice Representative will experience two days of “real world” on-site training and participate in extensive role playing activities that all lead up to supervised, live exercises at local practices. This allows for valuable feedback from your CHC trainer. After training, we can provide scheduled follow-up phone consultations to answer questions, discuss specific challenges and opportunities to keep your Practice Representative motivated.
